  Awesome dealership! They provided an out the door price with no hidden fees like other dealerships. The entire purchase process was fast and exceptional, they even found a much better finance rate than my bank.

  Bought a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee in April 2025. The other day, it wouldn't shift into gear and started to smell transmission fluid. Dealership tells me they couldn't replicate the problem and to call them if it happens again. I'm afraid to drive the car. I bought a NEW car to feel safe and now have to worry every time I leave the house -and they tell me there is nothing they can do!!! Instead of saying there is nothing you can do how about replacing the vehicle and giving this one to one of your family members. If the issue doesn't happen again great, if it does than you can fix it.

  I bought a 2022 used Jeep Unlimited from them and later found out it had a manufacturers defect, that they were well aware of, that causes the Jeep to go into what they call the “death wobble.” This happened to me twice & scared me to death! The Jeep started jumping all over the road and almost flipped! I am a cancer survivor and 59 years old and I asked them repeatedly is this Jeep safe and they all said yes! Then the Jeep wouldn’t start & I had just bought it! They said it had a bad battery and needed to replace it and wanted $400 for a new battery! I was stunned! I had the battery replaced somewhere else and it was so badly corroded that they had to clean all the connections before replacing the battery. Mind you I had only had it for two months! Mike Toler told me the battery had been checked out by them and it was fine when they sold it to me. Obviously they had never looked at that battery. This is a horrible dealership! The owner is rude, condescending, and a thief! He sold me a car that could have killed me! Do not buy from Mike Toler!

  Well been ripped off twice with this dealer on recalls first with my jeep made appointment I should up twice and guess what after 2 hr of sitting there got jeep brought back to me says I have a back spark plug and do I want it fixed I asked about the recall and guess what o sorry we don't have the parts so that's 4hr of sitting there and never got any of the recalls fixed but they did want to fix my spark plug and charge me so fast forward 3 years I buy a Ram truck from a ford dealership and it starts giving the codes and running back it's under warranty so I took it back they internet send it to Mike Toler Chrysler cause it's a Diesel motor, they keep it 2 weeks say they find nothing wrong but the problem is there is a recall for fuel pump and throttle sensor that's what my dash says but these monkey mechanics and service personnel don't know how to run a computer so I get truck back same problem and charged 253. Dollars for diagnostic charge took it to National Dodge in 3 days I have truck fixed was offered a loaner car and when they got done no charge cause they know how to read a computer have mechanics and service people that can read .
