    Worked with Nick in Sales and Keeley in finance. Both were fantastic. Only reason I’m hesitant to give a 5 start review was because of a non negotiable “paint and interior protection coating” that was $999 and some pretty high doc related fees which was on top of the advertised pricing. In the dealerships defense, they did negotiate the price of the car down some which made me feel a little better. Just felt a bit of a calculated measure to add some profit to the bottom line. To not have this paint and interior protection coating as an option and knowing what I know about vehicle coatings with Randy Marion using a low grade, waterbased product and not any form of a true ceramic SIO2 product, it felt grossly overinflated. Enough about that as again, we did come to terms on the purchase. Mr. Keeley Murphy sent all the documents over via electronic signature with wiring instructions for the financial portion. Documents were signed and money wired. It was literally a ten minute transaction. Never felt like we were held hostage at the dealership. Thank you!!! We showed up the next day to pick the vehicle up (after staying in constant communication with Nick in sales) and arrived to a clean, in detailed vehicle. Shook hands with Nick and Keeley (both thanked us for doing business with them most graciously) and we were on our way in less than ten minutes. Quite possibly the easiest and cleanest auto purchase I’ve ever made. Thanks for making this so easy.

    Our salesman, Jason, was very knowledgeable, attentive to our needs, and helped us find the perfect vehicle. The dealership was clean with a pleasant atmosphere making the purchase process easy and stress free. After watching several You Tube reviews, and then driving the Crosstrek, my thoughts are that the guys on You Tube did not drive the car I bought. The Crosstrek has excellent acceleration. The large screen has been very responsive and without delays. The turning radius is great and the technology is amazing. Fit and finish is also great. I had a wonderful buying experience. Thank you to Jason and all of the team.

    If you are going to buy a vehicle at Randy Marion Subaru, you need to do two things: Ask specifically for Josh Toler in sales, and brace yourself for Keeley Murphy in the finance office. I recently purchased a 2026 Subaru WRX Premium for my son. My experience with my sales consultant, Josh Toler, was an absolute 10/10. I am a very detail-oriented buyer; I calculate my own taxes and fees down to the penny and negotiate strictly on the Out-The-Door price. Josh was incredible. He didn't play the typical dealership games, he didn't try to hide numbers, and he was completely transparent. He even communicated with me on his actual day off to ensure my exact target price was approved and ready for a 5:00 PM closing. He is honest, straightforward, and earned every bit of a 5-star rating. Unfortunately, the Finance Manager, Keeley Murphy, completely ruined the vibe of what should have been a celebratory milestone. We went into the back office with our agreed-upon numbers and our down payment ready. The second we politely but firmly declined his pitch for extended warranties and protection packages, his entire demeanor flipped. The friendliness instantly vanished, and he became completely dismissive and cold. It was a very obvious "let's just get this over with" attitude, treating us like a chore he had to rush through simply because we weren't buying his high-margin extras. He then tried to stall the delivery by claiming we didn't have the "proper" insurance binder required to release the car. We didn't let that stop us—we simply went online and generated the exact required insurance documents right then and there. Yet, even after handing him exactly what he asked for to finalize the deal, his attitude remained completely checked-out and transactional. It is incredibly disappointing that after such a smooth, honest negotiation with Josh, the final step of the process was handled by someone who clearly stops caring about the customer experience the second they realize they aren't making a back-end commission. The Verdict: Go see Josh Toler. He will treat you with respect, work hard for you, and shoot you straight. But when it is time to sign the paperwork, be prepared to hold your ground, double-check your math, and don't let Keeley Murphy's dismissive attitude ruin the excitement of your new car.

    Absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had! From the start of the interaction with our salesman Gabe...who was fantastic, all the way up to the General Manager Marshall, and everyone in between are amazing! Gabe was not pushy at all, but very knowledgeable of their product and walked us through the entire process without us feeling pressured. This was our first Subaru, and before we left the parking lot he made sure we were comfortable with the car and it's features. If you are in the market for a Subaru, or one of the used vehicles they have, I highly recommend Randy Marion Subaru!

    First off I recommend them 11/10. I didn’t have great credit, so I was just really checking out their ‘26 Subaru Crosstrek for a test drive, etc. When I got to dealership Nick had the car pulled up ready to go and very friendly. What really impressed me though was how he didn’t really hard sell me the car..during the test drive it felt like I was just hanging with a friend, low stress no pressure to buy the car kinda thing. After test drive, he asked if I could see myself in it and I was like, “definitely”. We went to his office did a lil bit of paperwork and next thing I know I was meeting Keeley for financing and contract signing , who was super cool. He made everything completely understandable and seamless. Honestly, I’ve been to a bunch of dealerships in my life and these guys know that time is money…literally in 2 hours I was in and out with a brand new car with 14 miles on it . I’m so happy with not just the car, but the experience at the dealership. I was kinda worried about getting back to the dealership to pick up my new ride and Nick was like “I’ll bring it to your house “ and I was honestly caught way off guard, like that’s totally awesome and sure enough the next morning at 10 AM he was there with my new ride..I didn’t expect that to be an option, like understand he drove 45 minutes out of his day to bring me my car…that’s a helluva salesman !! Like I said these guys provide incredibly fast and convenient service to customers..best to be ever seen. Thank you Nick and Keeley, you’ve earned my business forever ! Looking forward to buying my next brand new Subaru from y’all !
