I had a great experience buying my car. From the moment I walked in, Jake took care of me and handled my test drive. He made the entire process feel easy and comfortable right away, which really helped take the stress out of car shopping. He also worked with me on pricing and helped land a deal I felt really good about.
After that, Alejandro stepped in to finalize everything. He made sure the car was fully set up and took the time to walk me through all the features inside, which I really appreciated.
Overall, the whole visit was smooth and efficient. I never felt pressured, everything was handled professionally, and I drove away in a new car with a great deal. I’d definitely recommend working with this team.

Brooke was amazing - by far the best person I have bought a car from. I will ONLY get cars here in the future. She was thorough, answered all my questions, and was so kind throughout the entire process. The manager was also very kind and helpful as well as the woman who helped us with the finances aspect of it. I would 100% recommend this dealer and most especially working with Brooke for sales!

My mother and grandmother had a wonderful experience with Nol while purchasing my grandmothers new Cadillac! Nol was kind, willing to listen to what she wanted, suggested cars that were suitable for her, and personable. If you want a salesmen that doesn’t talk down to you, listens to your needs and wants and is very knowledgeable, go see Nol Eagle!

I had asked your dealership to do a pre-purchase inspection on a 2007 Corvette Z06, that although had a re-branded title, was described as "pristine," fully-inspected, and any traces of damage addressed. Danny & your technician (sorry, I don't have his/her name) thoroughly inspected the car, and found nor only fairly extensive signs of flooding, but also a rather substantial oil leak, that had apparently been leaking for some time. My wife & I were literally about 2 days away from travelling from Knoxville to buy the car. Given the sale price of the car, a couple nights of motel stays, and the cost driving one vehicle round trip & the new purchase 1-way, it's not an exaggeration to say you probably saved us from ~$50,000 dollar mistake. I would be very grateful if you could find an appropriate way to thank them for me.

One thing that is still bothering me is that it came with no front license plate holder. This is not required in my state but it is something I wanted. I purchased this truck new from Randy Marion Chevrolet in Mooresville, NC and I didn't notice that it didn't have this license plate holder until I got it home the day I purchased it. When I called my salesman (Tyson Hutchinson), he indicated that they were going to charge me $50 to install this. I just purchased a $60,000 vehicle and they want to charge me $50 to install a license plate holder???? I raised this up to the sales manager, Nick Hacker, who finally agreed to install it complimentary but he won't return my calls or emails to set up an appointment. My truck is also missing the owner's manual. I understand that GM has issued a noncompliance recall for vehicles shipped without physical owner's manuals. Mine happens to be one of them and Nick won't let me know the status of this either. He has gone radio silent since I purchased the vehicle.
