  Purchased the 30 day unlimited trial from the Mooresville NC location. The car looked great out of the wash but their tire shine doesn’t dry. Every time they washed the car, I had to return because the tire shine didn’t dry fast enough and splattered black spots all over my white SUV. I spoke with the manager who denied it was a problem until another worker spoke up and said he has had other customers complain. They offered to do nothing other than shut the tire shine off and re wash the car which is less then what I paid for; unlimited washes for 30 days. If my car is dirtier after the wash then before; what’s the point; very disappointed!

  Nascar car wash does a great job for a reasonable price. I had an issue this morning and was told the Mgr. would come and talk to me we were there for almost an hour detailing the car and he never came over.🤷‍♀️😤 but KEN came over and apologized for the trouble and asked about a rewash. We were too far into detailing to start over. Thankful for his GREAT customer service. Can't say the same for the Mgr. He might need to take some notes. I do like this carwash and generally have no issues. I have a monthly subscription so I am here a couple times a week. It is nice to have 2 locations to choose from. GREAT JOB TODAY KEN!🎉

  My husband will drive from kannapolis to mooresville just to use this car wash, everything about it is awesome. From the people, to the car wash itself. The cleanliness, the experience is always the same wonderful . We would love for them to build one closer to the kannapolis area.

  My review has more to do with management than the actual place. Other staff here are all super kind and helpful. I was thankful for the free vacuum and glass cleaner, though interior spray for cleaning the inside of the car would be nice to have. I used the app that said I could buy any single wash and get 30 days of unlimited washes. Yesterday, I bought the single wash, started cleaning my car and had to leave due to an emergency. I decided to go back today and use the 30 day "free" wash so I could finish cleaning my car, and was informed by management that since I used the app and didn't sign up with an employee, that they would not honor the 30 day free wash. I asked if I could at least finish vacuuming my car and was told no. It's extremely frustrating when places push you to download and use their app, and then punish you for it.
