Took my SUV in expecting the worst case scenario and very expensive suspension repairs required. The suspension was checked - normal wear and tear and needs maintenance BUT was not urgent and recommended that I take to the dealership due to the suspension type. Picked up vehicle - tires rotated, comfort knowing that my tires were not going to fall off. No charge for diagnostic or tire rotation! That doesn’t happen anymore. We own 3 vehicles and will be bringing them all here going forward for service. Thank you Fenelle for your service and support.
