  Went to get my inspection done and was in and out of there. Josh has taken over this location and is doing a great job. Guys there are also friendly and I had no complaints.

  I always get my annual car inspection done at Jiffy Lube on River Highway In Mooresville. The technicians are extremely professional and polite. Very helpful and knowledgeable! They are not that close to me, but I do not go any place else for car service! Thanks guys !!

  During a routine “air filter check,” which they weren’t even asked to do as part of the oil change, but said it’s “standard procedure”, they snapped the intake housing. Instead of taking responsibility, they told my girlfriend it was a normal maintenance issue due to 90k miles—which is completely false. An intake housing is NOT a wear item. They then started pushing unnecessary services like brake fluid and a battery, which made it clear what kind of operation this is. When I arrived around 5:30pm, Amber claimed it was already broken and even suggested gluing it back together. The part was clearly broken by them—still connected at the intake clamp, meaning it was forcibly snapped off. You can also clearly see in the photos where they scratched the side of the airbox from yanking on it. Only after being called out (and mentioning video evidence) did they finally agree to replace it. By now it’s nearly 6pm Friday, so my girlfriend had to leave her car there. Amber assured us the part would be ready by 10am Saturday. Saturday comes—no call. We had to reach out around 12pm, only to hear they were still waiting on the part. No communication, no accountability. My girlfriend had to rent a car out of pocket, putting us out hundreds of dollars just to get to work. Then at 12:45pm, they suddenly call saying it’s ready “now,” with zero regard for the fact she was already at work 30 minutes away. She explained she worked until 8pm and tried to coordinate pickup for Sunday. Amber initially implied that could work, then completely backtracked and refused—telling us to get there by 5pm or wait until Monday. As a result, my girlfriend had to leave work 3.5 hours early, losing income just to get the keys. And unbelievably, when she got there, they still tried to charge her for the oil change after everything they caused. No apology, no compensation, no ownership—just excuses and poor service from start to finish. They damaged the car, lied about it, wasted our time, cost us money, and showed zero respect throughout the entire process. Avoid this place at all costs.

  Tye manager Amber and her staff were amazing at this location, better than any other location I've been before. They were very knowledgeable and offered a bunch if extra things without being super rude and pushy like most places. I ended up getting some extra things done with the oil change and loved the service I recieved. Only downfall is the construction in the area making the location a little difficult to get to but totally worth it.
