  I’ll start at the beginning…had made an appointment at Mooresville Service Center downtown, called and let them know I would be late, and was told it should be fine since only an oil change…so drove all the way downtown (25 min) only to be told I needed to re-schedule. Was so disappointed in how inconsiderate they were after telling me to come on…BUT on the way home, I decided to stop at Grease Monkey, as I really needed an oil change. The positive experience outshined the disappointing experience at Mooresville Service Center…Bottom line, Go to Grease Monkey! They are kind, considerate, helpful, and did a great job!! Even cleaned my windshield :))

  I went to get my oil changed at Grease Monkey, and they recommended that I replace cabin air filter and another filter, but they were recently replaced. They also said I need to replace one set of brake pads and rotors because they were worn and a safety issue. I questioned it because I just had the pads replaced recently. I took my car to have it checked by a reputable shop, and they confirmed one set is only 20% worn, and the other set has no wear at all. Be careful with the “upsell” and their recommendations at Grease Monkey. I will not be going back to Grease Monkey because I feel they were trying to take advantage of me. I will instead trust a local, reputable shop.

  Excellent service…….I was in and out within 15 mins. I do not expect that will happen on every visit, but it WAS a pleasure, especially since they did a STATE inspection as well. Thank you to the guys at Grease Monkey !!
