    I needed a rental, since my car repair was going to take over a week. Insurance paid for $30 a day. So they put me into a Toyota Corolla. Huge difference from a Palasade, but for a week, I'd be fine. First off, never think you could possibly put 3 car seats in the backseat. 2nd, I noticed it has automatic breaking, which I wasn't warned about before hand. I thought something was going terribly wrong! 3rd, the car only has 40 something thousand miles on it, and the whole car shakes when it is breaking at higher MPH. 4th there is a very noticeable squeeze in the belts or pully system in the engine. 5th if I am approximately 45 feet away from another car, it hits the brakes like I am about to rear end them. I had someone behind me honking because it stopped so hard. I have been driving safely for over 40 years now. I dont recommend renting the Corolla from any rental service. There is no way of shutting off the system either. Enterprise did not warn me of this "Safety " feature. They told me to bring it in and hopefully I don't have to pay more for a truly safe vehicle.

    I’ve had the same frustrating experience twice, and a friend of mine has dealt with it once as well: the website consistently shows 6–7 seater vehicles as available, but the following day you receive a call saying the vehicle is actually unavailable due to “reservation system issues.” It appears this location simply does not stock larger vehicles — if you need seating for 6 or more, look elsewhere. The online inventory does not reflect reality.

    I had reserved a moving truck for 4 days. I show up at 12:50 for a 1pm reservation. Stood in line for 20 minutes just to be told that we were on the wrong side. Truck rental is through a door on the other side of the building. It is now after 1pm. They direct us to the right area and we tried the door but it's locked. The door says they close at 1pm. So we go back to the counter and the lady says "There's no way you have a 1pm reservation because they leave EVERY day at 12pm." So we showed all of our rental reservation information. They can't get in to that side of the building because the manager left for the day (leaves everyday at 12pm) and they can't get our keys. So after waiting an hour (now 2pm) they told us that their manager said they tried to call us 3 times and then left. I was in the building since 12:50. No phone calls were received or missed all day. We never get our rental. All because an employee closed an hour early with the only keys to that side of the building and lied about calling us. If there is anyone at enterprise willing to discuss this I'd be happy to take your call. You ruined a 4 day move for me all because someone decided to leave early and lie about contacting us.

    Enterprise generally has good customer service - but this facility has greater than it's fair share of communication (and occasionally availability) issues Manager (on duty) was polite, but didn't take any responsibility for employees' messing up, and then miscommunicating, the price and duration of a rental extension. Always frustrating to pay $100s extra to have a car sitting in the driveway.

    My usual company couldn't get me the size car I needed, so I risked trying Enterprise; absolutely worst decision ever! The staff all acted like I was an inconvenience being there, they added a coverage I did not ask for and luckily I caught it while looking at the contract to hsve it removed. The vehicle we got was so smoked out I had an asthma attack on site and they refused to swap me out. I will never, ever rent from any Enterprise ever again!
