Once in the bay, various attendants explained what they were doing and showed us the parts they were replacing and/or adding. This is not our first visit to this location and we will return.

Had them check my tire pressure when the older guy put air in my tires, he put different air pressures in all four tires and then he didn’t put the nozzles caps back on when he was done I went back to get them and they tried to give me the cheap plastic ones and I told him no I wanted the ones that I had on my truck when they do the lease amount of work as possible very very lazy that guy had one job to do and he couldn’t even do that right!

We were very impressed that he did not try to oversell; in fact, we asked to rotate the tires, and he said we should hold off till the next time since we had just done it in a prior visit. We really appreciated that, since in other places, including other Valvoline shops, they can be pushy trying to sell additional items. We will definitely return to this Valvoline shop.
