There appear to be minimal staff on-site, so cars aren’t always fully rinsed so the back is frequently left dirty. The towel baskets are also often empty. Does anyone know what’s causing these ongoing issues?

Asked today about it and the girls response was “it’s not my fault “. Getting their act together is needed. Or maybe I need to go back to Sam’s car wash. At least they power wash the extra dirt off car and windows , something lacking at NASCAR
