  Tried this wash twice now first time my truck wasn't very clean after. Figured i would give it one more try and it was just as bad my truck was not much cleaner than before I went through. I paid for the best wash which was supposed to have tire cleaner but it didn't seem to work.

  I was really disappointed to find that after I got my car washed, my whole front hood was covered in scratches. Unfortunately it was not just 1 or 2. It’s the whole hood, and with my car being black, they are very obvious. I’m so upset that there are so many. I understand maybe getting little scratches every once in a while. I should not have gotten this many. Something needs to be fixed in the wash if it is causing this many scratches.

  Carwash damaged my vehicle, when I brought it to the manager attention she took my information and “submitted a claim” instead of compensating for a customer. I recommended finish line carwash is a great wash never have issues and is worth the wait.
