  I had a monthly membership and it was really good in the beginning. Since though I’ve had multiple issues between the license plate system malfunction, lack of drying towels, and now poor vacuum suction, I’m no longer interested in using this facility.

  terrible! vacuums hardly work. no glass cleaner to many cae wash options to be this bad especially being new wont return

  50 50 shot that the car wash actually works and washes everything the way it's supposed to, half of the machines usually dont work and they dont care to seem to fix it

  One of the worst car washes in Mooresville, barely used any soap and the tire shine at the end is a joke slings all over your wheels.. The better option will be at the finish line mostly for the fact that the touch free doesn’t scratch your paint at the end of the day and it’s a hell of a lot cheaper Then these guys.

  As a prior heavy use customer of Zips and Sam's Express, I can provide some perspective with top end subscriptions at each. NASCAR has the absolute best carry through wash system. It is new and the others are revamping, but it's the best IMO. No rails and top notch everything with a nice buff at the end. The ingredients seem good, maybe not the best even, but I think it's the mechanics that pull them to the front. The staff... Well, the other locations, especially Sam's, you'll have at least two staff, maybe three, to get you into the line and pre-treating and spot focusing your vehicle. You barely get one at NASCAR, just enough to line you up to through the wash, maybe a sprinkle of bug buster before you go in. It's nice to have the air, glass cleaner, and microfiber towels at every station (though they have been wet once or twice for me)! And the vacuums are consistently strong. Careful about bringing anyone though... Or a full bladder. There is no lobby for anyone to wait, use the restroom, or snack while the vehicle is being cared for unlike competitors who made a point to be especially welcoming in this way. For that matter, there is no vending with car supplies, like interior protect ant wipes... So some touches you'll have to come prepared for or do elsewhere. They do have a large sink outside to wash items, which I haven't seen elsewhere. The prices are high considering the handful of locations compared to Zips or Sam's. Perhaps a reciprocity arrangement would be a practical way to close the gap in the near term. Anyway, I recommend the others who seem more focused on the customer and with expansive availability. NASCAR is definitely laser focused on the wash, which is the primary reason to go in the first place, but falls short with around human accomodations and the finer touches of maintence like air fresheners, leather conditioners, etc.
