I recently visited, the Mavis for state inspection, and they said my car didn't pass because my wiper blades are bad. I asked them if I have to pay for the inspection again if I come back later after getting the wiper blades changed and they said yes. So I decided to let them install, so I don't have to pay the inspection fee again. But upon doing research, I can have free inspection within 60 days upon correcting the issue, which they failed to mentions and made me pay $40 for the windshield wipers which I could have installed for $15 doing myself. They should have been transparent about the process, rather than trying to make profit of a customer.
