First visit will be my last. Customer service is a disgrace. I ask for oil change and tire rotation only. They pressure me multiple times I need new tire. My tire is still looking good on tread. I denied the offer on the spot and demand what I want in request only oil change and tire rotation. After all that discussion the service car care guy wanted to offer me wiper blade sales. I didn’t want to be rude and looked down when he ask me many times try to up sale me as much as he can. I know he’s doing his job, but please don’t push people on service they not ask for…. Up sale is great but listen to the customer is more important… that how the customer will be return or else won’t be return….

I thought these guys were honest from my first experience but my 2nd not so much. What was supposed to be a super easy oil change and tire rotation ended up saying tire rotation done (clear signs it was not) a reminder sticker for next oil change set for 3k miles when I paid for synthetic( 6-10k) and a check engine light that came on next day. Walked in yesterday where I was giving them the benefit of the doubt to tell me the truth and they lied to my face. Said the code it was throwing (a turbo air intake code) was not around anything they were doing and came up with a story about tires getting rotated where there were NO SIGNS of it( brake dust covered rims with no sign the lugs were touched and my locking hub buried in my glove box). They offered to bring my car back to address the check engine light but at this point there is no trust. Brought my car to another shop where they had to plug my vacuum intake hose back in and did it for me for free. Its really unfortunate but I would not trust Mavis ever again.

Great and friendly job at answering the phone promptly, confirming availability of a specific tire, and scheduling an appointment, but none of that matters if they damage your rim during install! Took in a single unmounted rim that was clean with weights carefully removed. I got back a rim and new tire smeared with lubricant and bead sealer, I chose to clean the rim and tire at home only to discover pits and chips all around the inside of the barrel and scratches on the face of one of the spokes. All the courtesy and prompt interaction doesn't mean anything if in the end you can't deliver a quality experience.

Went to simply get my breaks and tires done. They gave my car back with the tire pressure light still on and all the indicators extremely low and flashing.. why would that have not been checked or reset before giving it back to the customer? I hadn’t even got in all the way and noticed all the lights and “warnings” on my dash, went back in immediately and they took it back in the shop for about 15 minutes and then said it was “all set.” I then proceeded to drive and get on the highway when I realized I had no breaks… I called them back extremely frustrated, brought it immediately back which they took it back for another 20 minutes or so after I was already there for almost 3.5 hours and I watched as they whipped my jeep around the parking lot aggressively to bring it BACK into the show AGAIN. When they gave it back and I asked what the problem, since the tech thought just handing my keys back and a “you’re all set” would suffice and was told there was “air in the line” but I was “all set” and dismissed.. how you could hand back a vehicle and not check the things you’re fixing/replacing before giving it back? Extremely unprofessional on top of the way it was handled after I paid over $1,200 for the both services. I could have got into a serious accident when leaving without breaks that were supposed to have just been replaced, on top of giving it back with all the tire lights in that was the other singular thing they took care of and “specialize” in.
