The break job was done with not too long of a wait, and I'd like to thank Alex for making me aware of a coupon on the site that I was able to utilize. Over the past few days, the sound continued, so I brought the car back in, thinking it may have been a bent or lodged dust shield. I spoke on the phone to both Derrick and Christy about this issue and they told me I could bring in the car to take a look. Everything with the wheels seemed to be in working condition and the shields were fine. I mentioned I noticed the car would temporarily stall when I hit a hard break, yet pick up fine again when restarted. It would not give me any code or throw any lights on the dash. For the life of me I could not pinpoint the issue- so I went over to this Mavis, and described the issues to Derrick. After the mechanic took a quick drive around the back to see what the issue was, as it turns out- the culprit was very low oil. I was baffled, as I had just gotten an oil change from a company I shall not name (and they have been prone to bad oil jobs before)! The mavis in Mooresville took care of my car. They gave it the oil it needed and all the prior problems were gone. I'd like to thank the Mooresville NC Mavis team for excellence customer service!
