Not happy - I don’t feel like these guys are not trustworthy and they don’t look out for their female customers. I just went for a regular oil change and they came in and told me I needed to get my brakes flushed, which I had done 5 months ago. I’ll admit I don’t have the first clue about cars and they certainly took advantage of this. They told me the color was off - showing me it was a green color when it’s supposed to be clear, so I’m thinking they have to do this service and it’s just part of a bigger problem that I need to have checked out. Long story short, put all the details into ChatGPT, after I agreed to the service, and the conclusion - I was definitely being upsold due to a number of reasons. Disappointing and very frustrating.

Stopped in for an inspection today. The guys asked if I wanted to be informed about any issues they might find. Fair question, and yes please! Cabin filter was gross, and reasonably priced through Monkey. They rotated the tires having pointed out uneven wear. They voluntarily applied all active coupons towards my bill. Had a tasty coffee while waiting, which wasn't very long at all. Quite a pleasant experience! The staff were friendly and helpful. 5-Star today boys!!!

Great Experience! I made an appointment online for a state inspection. They greeted me at my car when I arrived. It took a total of maybe 15 min. They have a great coffee bar and it’s very clean.

That crew (Ben, Mike, Caleb, and Chris; in ‘order of appearance’) got me in and out in record time (oil change, state inspection, tire rotation), despite them going the extra mile. If you enjoy being lied to for an hour while you wait, this is the place for you. I came in for a simple oil change and was treated to watching them run a shakedown masquerading as a service center.. They tried to tell me my fluids were dangerously low (funny, since I topped off the coolant two weeks ago) and failed a brake inspection that clearly never happened.
It was actually comical watching the "customer service expert" use the exact same "your car might explode" script on every single person in the waiting room. They quoted me between $200–$700 for basic maintenance you can do in your driveway for under $50. Unless you want to pay a 700% markup for "emergency" lies, go literally anywhere else. Shady, greedy, and painfully predictable.
If they reply with "We’re sorry you feel this way, please contact us," you might want to add a final line saying: "Don't bother with the automated 'contact us' reply—I’ve already seen how you treat customers in person."
