  I brought my vehicle in after it was hit while parked—clearly noting both body and mechanical issues in the original insurance claim. While the bodywork was handled, the mechanical problems were delayed, dismissed, and only addressed after persistent pressure on my part. The Gerber claims associate I worked with became increasingly rude and dismissive, and when I asked for answers, I was redirected to the manager, Stan. Sadly, his behavior was even more unprofessional, going as far as making inappropriate, inflammatory, and racist toned remarks to my husband—including flatly stating, “I’m not speaking to him anymore. I’m only dealing with her.” This experience was unacceptable from start to finish. Poor communication, unprofessionalism, and lack of accountability throughout. I was encouraged to leave an online review—but only if it was a 5-star rating. That request raised serious doubts about the credibility of the reviews posted for this location. I would not recommend this location to anyone seeking respectful or thorough service.

  Rude from the beginning. Know-it-all desk clerk giving out unsafe recommendations. Clerk seemed bothered by us simply being there. How this shop retains business is beyond my comprehension. Also, seems this shop would cut corners and provide poor quality and substandard service. I would avoid them at all cost. Too many options in Mooresville to use someone who has ZERO focus on customer service! First impression was a lasting one and one that highlighted the importance of NOT USING them!
