  Needed a truck last minute to finish my move to Mooresville. Wow I have rented from enterprise before but the customer service here is on another level! Every time I came in he knew my name and just on top of everything! He called ahead to make sure I didn’t want a diesel or a gas vehicle, and if it needed towing capabilities, and I think he picked me the perfect truck that ran perfectly with heated steering wheel and everything. Super gas efficient too! Did more than I needed even had a tow hitch camera that I didn’t need but looked very useful! The truck made every drive feel like a warm hug during a very stressful week! I’m not a truck girl but his pick may have turned me into one. Will absolutely be coming back to rent another vehicle from this location soon! Thank you for being a class act!

  This is probably one of the best Enterprise locations that I’ve ever had the pleasure of going to. Tristan and his coworkers are absolutely outstanding and took great care of this first time 3/4 tonne truck renter. They saved my day, trip, and plans when Enterprise failed me in Greensboro and didn’t honor my reservation, which I had had on the books for more than a month. Every Enterprise location should follow this locations lead, I wish I could rent everything from here.
