We didn’t even make it far enough to get a car at Enterprise Mooresville, because we somehow got ourselves stuck in the parking lot. Yes. The parking lot. Not a highway, not a dirt road, not an alley, a parking lot. The employees were absolute saints and came outside to rescue us like we were baby deer learning to walk. They were so kind, even though we were basically performing a live-action 47-point turn for the whole world to see. After several minutes of them heroically guiding us out with hand signals, gentle encouragement, silent prayers and probably some silent cuss words, we finally escaped… Enterprise didn’t lose a customer, we simply lost the battle with geometry. Shoutout to the staff for being helpful, understanding, and not charging us a fee for emotional support.

1 Star Review I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this Enterprise location. I came in under an insurance claim after my car went into the shop, and the entire process was unprofessional, stressful, and handled with zero care or respect. After dealing with delays from the Enterprise pickup driver’s car breaking down, I finally arrived at the branch and was told no cars were available — even though they later told me to return at 4 PM. When I came back, I was treated rudely by the Area Manager, Lusita, whose behavior was completely unacceptable. She spoke to me in a disrespectful tone, suggested I “go to another location” despite me clearly explaining I had no transportation, refused to verify the card policy when I asked, refused to provide her last name, and then canceled my reservation without valid reason — leaving me stranded. Her tone and attitude made me feel targeted and discriminated against, which was extremely upsetting. I left this location feeling unheard, mistreated, and disrespected. This is not the professionalism or customer care Enterprise claims to uphold. I have filed a formal complaint with Corporate and Regional Management, and I hope this store receives the accountability it needs. Not recommended at all.

Never again. Made reservation for standard SUV, showed up, "car class not available", tried to downsize me (car too small), then tried to upcharge for a Wrangler and charge me more (not my problem). Do better Mooresville Enterprise. Seeing others posts, I'm now looking forward to my canned and utterly useless response: "Thank you for your review, xxxxx. If you can provide a few more details, we’d be happy to look into this further for you". ...yeah, what is it exactly that you wouldbe looking into? You had an easy opportunity to address the issue when I was there. But you didn't. You waisted my time, and others. ...that was quick LiSa. What a damn joke.

We made a last-minute reservation around 5:30 PM for an Equinox, as our flight to Orlando had been unexpectedly canceled. The location was set to close at 6:00 PM, but due to a traffic accident on Highway 150, we were delayed, and Waze estimated our arrival time to be 6:05 PM. At 5:50 PM, I called the local branch and spoke with Trayvon (apologies if I have misspelled his name). He informed me that he would not be able to hold the vehicle past 6:05 PM, citing the fact that his team members live in Charlotte and needed to get home. When I asked about the vehicle’s size, Trayvon mentioned that only a sedan was available, which was much smaller than the vehicle I had originally booked. Ultimately, we were forced to cancel our reservation and drive to the Charlotte Douglas Airport to secure a rental. While I understand the importance of closing on time, I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility and understanding, especially considering the stress of dealing with a canceled flight, rescheduled plans, and the additional inconvenience of having to drive further to pick up a car. What was most disheartening was the complete absence of empathy in this situation. My family had made plans to visit Disney World, where my niece was going for the first time, and we were already dealing with hotel cancellations and the stress of rearranging our trip to Florida. All I ask for is a little compassion in situations like these. I’ve always believed in the value of good customer service, and unfortunately, this experience was a stark contrast to that. It left a negative impression, and I hope you’ll consider the importance of customer care, especially during stressful travel situations.

I would like to start with I did have positive interactions with employees of the Mooresville location when it came to professional communication between us. With that being said I don't feel that anyone did anything to make the situation we were put in any better. I booked a reservation online for a minivan 10 days before pickup. I received a call 3 days before pickup that they would not have a minivan. I called and they explained what they would have available. Which I did appreciate so I could plan accordingly. So we get there on pickup day which was a Sunday and everything was going great to begin with. We begin to look over the vehicle and once I saw it it was even better than what I was thinking so I was extremely happy. Then a bombshell dropped on us when we were told we couldn't have that vehicle due to something with the title/registration. And the ONLY vehicle they had available was a transit van. We did say we are driving in the mountains is that really the only thing available where we were told yes that's it. It was Sunday so of course nothing else was opened and we were leaving after we picked up the vehicle so we had no choice but to take it. I expressed that I was super annoyed and wasn't paying anything extra for that. I was told no extra charge but nothing was offered for this super inconvenience that was put upon us. When we got to our destination I called the following day to ask about if it was possible to switch it out. They gave me the phone number of the closest enterprise which was about 45 minutes away. I called them and they had nothing at all to offer us. I called another about an hour away and they had nothing available and promptly hung up on me. I called a third one even further away and they didn't have anything available until Thursday and since we were leaving Friday morning there was no point. We dropped it back off Friday afternoon which I had planned to drop it off Saturday morning. The lady at drop off was nice and asked if there was anything she could do to make it better and I mean could you rewind time and have an actual suitable vehicle for us. Having to drive the transit van did have a impact on our vacation and not in a good way.
