  I have never felt so frustrated and poorly treated by a business as I did at this location. My insurance company made a reservation two weeks ago. I have gone to this branch three separate times, and each time I was told there were no vehicles available, to call back later, or to try another Enterprise. When I asked if they could check availability at another branch, I was told that wasn’t their job. The first time I went in person, I was told there were no vehicles available. However, while I was there, tourists walked in and were offered vehicles. That made me question whether preferences are being given, especially since in my case the rental is paid by insurance as well. Tofay after multiple phone calls and over 20-minute hold times, I was finally told vehicles were available. When I arrived, I was informed that my driver’s license was expired. I asked if my passport could be used as identification, and they said no. I informed them my son (who is listed on my insurance policy) could drive the vehicle, and I was then told there would be an additional $10 per day charge. It felt like obstacles were constantly being created instead of solutions being offered. What was most concerning was the staff’s attitude. I witnessed an employee tell another customer to lower their voice or they would be removed. When customers left upset, staff members were laughing and mocking them. I also heard an employee answer calls and then laugh after hanging up. In 12 years of renting vehicles, I have never experienced such a poor and unprofessional level of customer service. I left feeling extremely disappointed. This location urgently needs proper management review.

  From beginning To end your employees were very accommodating and tried to eat our needs immediately. Car was very clean.

  I rent from here almost monthly and every time the experience gets worse and worse. The quality of employees is beyond subpar and the cars are always filthy. They try to scam and up charge every chance they get and the general experience is very poor. Call Turo car rental, it’s a much better experience. Tshari (sp?) just lost a very loyal and good customer for enterprise. Never again.
