  The team at Tuffy Tire & Auto at Monroe are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and they discovered many other services that would be detrimental to my vehicle if they were not completed soon. Most auto centers will try to upsell for commission, but its clear that at Tuffy they only recommend what is absolutely NEEDED. The team worked with me on pricing for shocks, tires, and an alignment which typically would run $1500. I will 100% be back to Tuffy in Monroe for all my auto services.

  Matias helped me out greatly after my Wife hit a deer. I was able to get to work the next day for a good price. Couldn't appreciate it more

  Do not come here to get your car inspected. They will do anything to make a quick buck.I brought in my Nissan to get inspected and they did not pass it due to a crack in my serpentine belt. I understand that the tires needed to replaced soon but the serpentine belt is not part of the inspection. The mechanic tried to tell me otherwise but I know what the requirements are. I was told he would not pass it unless I took care of it right away which conveniently could be done the same day for an overpriced amount of money. Paid for the failed inspection took it elsewhere after changing the tire and it passed with no other issues. My husband changed the serpentine belt after for little to no money. This place used to be good when it was owned by Kevin. Never again! S

  I visited their business last year after receiving a discounted coupon for an oil change, with less than 2K miles after the oil change my vehicle dashboard gave me a code “change oil soon.” Went yesterday to a different business and they confirmed the oil had not been changed. Bad for business, never again and did them a huge favor by not stopping by yesterday to voice my concerns and frustration. Lesson learned and recommend you stay clear.

  If I could put 0 I would have, not here to bash anybody but im here to write my experience with this shop, took my car in for an alignment. Soon as I left the shop I noticed it was driving worse than before felt like a death trap if I’m being honest, back wheel looked like it was about to come off because of how much camber they gave me on just ONE side, went back in to ask for a refund and not one person on their team took accountability of what they had done wrong.overall just a bad experience and unprofessional attitudes their team. (Responding to thier response)A test drive was not completed on Friday as I recall I did not see my car exit the shop till they pulled it out and parked it, second the impact on the knuckle was on the right back side of the car which was caused due to an accident that happened couple months back which I was aware off , on the picture it shows the poor alignment done on the back LEFT SIDE :)
