- JRJessica Robinson6 days ago1.0We bought 2 used tires for our car and headed on a road trip to Florida. On 95 one of the tires busted, and by the grace of God, we made it safely to the side median. My husband went to change the tire but the lug nuts were so tight that 2 broke off the rotor. We had to have it towed ($450) and then had to have BOTH tires replaced that Smalls had just put it on. Yes, both tires Smalls had just sold and installed were bad tires. I’ve tried to call Smalls but no one will answer the phone. $1,800 later…

I realized it was a mud tire instead of a regular tire and when I called back I was told I would have to buy another tire for $170! He lied and told me he showed me the tire before putting in on my jeep but he did not! Now I have to buy another tire but it would not be here?
