  Swung by to have a tire patched from a nail I picked up somewhere. Staff was friendly and attentive. In and out in no time!

  Wonderful experience at the Monroe, NC store. I purchased tires on-line at Discount Tire and set up an appointment to have them installed. They called me 2 days later to tell me that they no longer carried the tires that I had just purchased! Drove to my hometown of Monroe and dropped by their Mavis location. Justin, helped me find some great tires at a great price (he was using two monitors at the same to look up tires while answering the phone and answering questions for walking in’s). They didn’t have the tires in stock but he was able to get them to the store that afternoon and installed them the following morning. The car drives so much better and the tires look sharp. Justin was very knowledgeable, patient, friendly and honest (they did a free alignment check and could’ve easily charged me more to do it bc I would not have known any better but after checking he told me everything was good and that I didn’t need it). If you want fast, friendly and efficient service by good people who will go the extra mile for customers, check out Mavis and ask for Justin. I’ll be back!

  Had a great experience Justin was very thorough and informative. It was great to go into Mavis and not feel like you were at the garage. Justin was kind and friendly. Great customer service! Thanks JUSTIN ND MAVIS TEAM!

  The hard line for our brakes is broken and leaking, we call on Thursday and they say “yeah bring it up for us to look at”. We do, and they say “okay yeah no problem we can fix that (even gave us two different options on how to fix) bring it up here Friday evening and we can work on it Saturday”…we bring it by Friday to drop it off and the manager says “oh no we can’t do that”… we wasted a full day that we could’ve been searching for somebody else to fix this… Also, how do you have the words breaks in your name and you can’t work on them? The first guy was very knowledgeable and gave plenty of detail to make us believe this could be fixed by them. The second guy we talked to was a manager and not sure if he just didn’t want to deal with us or didn’t know how to fix it… Either way, very disappointing and what a waste of time for nothing.

  Justin at Mavis Tires is absolutely wonderful! From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on helping me. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I understood my options, and never made me feel pressured. The whole experience was smooth, efficient, and honestly way better than I expected from a tire shop visit. It’s rare to find someone who combines great customer service with real knowledge and care. I’ll definitely be coming back because of Justin and recommending him to everyone I know!
