They will go ahead with your service and only afterward tell you they can’t perform the rotation—something they clearly knew from the start—just so they can still charge for the oil change. They won’t disclose this upfront. If you ask ahead of time, they’ll redirect you to another location, which is misleading because that location won’t do it either. And when you question it, they’ll claim that the other location isn’t even part of them. Very disappointing and not honest service.
