    Diesel pumps constantly not working then when you go in the store to try to get fuel from inside the store there is no customer service and you’re ignored. And you cannot spend your pilot points at this truckstop.

    Not a one of the big station but just enough, better get there in time and grab your spot. It's so hygienic and organized from the parking lot,the store,restrooms and showers. Great place for any truckers.

    They dont like to pay parking inside they wont you go at the app so you wont used your points to pay for parking!!!!

    Would someone please explain to me why someone who looks like they've let themselves go completely was placed in charge of things like preparing showers for customers? This person would make every excuse to not have showers for customers like she has every excuse not to get on a treadmill. What type of staff member tells a customer there will be no showers until 6am and it's the middle of the night in an establishment that offers 24 hr showers for truckers. Her response is she doesn't feel like cleaning them because someone might steal something while she's cleaning but she's outside smoking cigarettes when customers are in the store. Jesus Christ!! This isn't the first time this has happened with this same individual either. 10/3/25. 3am i am absolutely pissed off. I have to be at work shortly and this character with this smug look on her face refuses to clean a shower for a paying customer. This is ridiculous and absolutely unacceptable.
