    I refuse to spend money in the store and buy fuel at a truck stop that has only eight free parking places and pay parking for the rest of the big lot!

    I stopped here I took a shower in one of the cleanest showers and it best towels That smell like home they use Gain detergent at any pilot I've been at the customer service from Bianca and Leo is Above and beyond anything you would expect 2 of the nicest people help me get my email off their computer If I could give them a 100 stars or a 1000I would one of the best stops I've been in in a long time

    I am speaking out because I want to protect other families. My minor daughter experienced deeply inappropriate behavior from a store employee LEO at a Pilot Flying J location. I have filed a formal complaint with Pilot corporate and am cooperating with the proper authorities. My only priority is the safety of my child and other minors who visit or work in that store. I am calling on Pilot to take immediate action to remove the manager involved pending a full investigation. No parent should have to worry about their child being put in this situation. I will continue to advocate for accountability, transparency, and the protection of every minor who interacts with employees at this business.

    Unfortunately this is the only authorized fuel stop on my route. Most fuel and def pumps don't work. As a 20 plus year driver, this is quite possibly the worse Pilot I've seen.
