As a woman who usually has mechanics trying to add a "critical" service or two, I really appreciated that they asked once and took my answer. The bad: they said they couldn't rotate my tires because of how they sit on my car. I drive a Chrysler Pacifica with standard tires. They had already started my oil change when they told me this. Otherwise, I would have taken my car somewhere else to get both services taken care of.
