  All in all, their Monroe location is first class, very clean cars and through instructions on the operation of your rental. They are a great bunch of guys to communicate with and always willing to help you no matter what. They seem to go out of the way to make sure your being taken care of.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Enterprise location. When I picked up the car, there were literal paw prints all over the seats, the floor mats were completely missing, and the gas tank was only at a quarter tank. It was obvious the vehicle hadn’t been properly cleaned or inspected before being rented out. When I called to address it, I was told the mats “keep getting stolen” and that customers don’t always return cars with a full tank. Neither of those are the customer’s responsibility. A rental car should be clean, complete, and ready to go. This felt careless and unprofessional.

  I've been a customer to the Monroe NC location for over 10 years- We always get top service and they have great selections. This year for a mountain trip, we rented a Grand Wagoneer to haul 7 people, 4 of which were grandkids!. What a beast and excellent ride! Thank you, Mason for a great vehicle and a great CX!
