I went right down the street and they took care of me, with no problems. Will not ever use store 466 I. Monroe NC for anything including commercial account, ever again.
- TPTerron PiedraOct 23, 20251.0Stopped in to get to get lug wrench for my car and was given the wrong size after showing comparison to the one I already had. I was stuck on the side of the road for hours and finally came back at 7pm to return item and they completely closed early for no reason.
- CEChad EllisonOct 21, 20251.0Second time I’ve placed an online order showing the part in stock and then it sets showing online that the item is processing. No one answers the phones. Contacted customer service and they sent a email stating they couldn’t get anyone on the phone and that my order had been refunded. Takes forever to get anything in the acual store that has to be pulled from the back from a computer number. Last time I will ever use this auto zone or any others. Complete headache all around. This among other reasons is why I haven’t shopped there as much in the past year. Good luck
