I went right down the street and they took care of me, with no problems. Will not ever use store 466 I. Monroe NC for anything including commercial account, ever again.

Contacted customer service and they sent a email stating they couldn’t get anyone on the phone and that my order had been refunded. Takes forever to get anything in the acual store that has to be pulled from the back from a computer number. Last time I will ever use this auto zone or any others. Complete headache all around. This among other reasons is why I haven’t shopped there as much in the past year. Good luck

They said corporate at the store was closed but 2 other store we called were able to run our corporate account and get us the battery we needed! Vehicles don’t take a day off to not break so why should I have to drive 30 mins away to get what we needed! Monroe store beside Sonic sucks! We asked for the manage and they placed me on hold and he never came to the phone!
