As a woman myself, I was quite pleased to see two women working here in higher positions, who had good knowledge about their product and the processes for my inquiry. Where I come from originally, the automotive industry is usually only male populated so this was a pleasant surprise! Also had the help of three younger gentlemen who were equally educated on the products. All were extremely kind and courteous.

The attendant just walked away from me to the back. The second attendant was going through a box of I’d still be put on the shelf no one asked me if I needed help. No one offered to help. No one asked what I was looking for so I walked out. This is this is the worst AutoZone I’ve ever seen
