  Sent my 25 year old daughter to get an oil change and they sent her back with a sticker for her to put on the vehicle and did not reset the oil service indicator on a 2021 Dodge Durango. The receipt indicates the service includes resetting the oil service indicator and has no mention of an oil filter on the invoice. It makes you wonder what else was not done. Tried to call and no one could come to the phone. Now I have to check to see if the oil looks new and the filter looks new as well as put the sticker on the windshield and reset the oil service indicator. When you pay nearly $100 for a job, you expect it to be done correctly. Will never go back to Valvoline, unless the job is free because that was about what it was worth to me because I will have to go get it done again to make sure the service was actually performed.

  The guys were great! Very nice and helpful and told me about what deals they had going on and I took advantage of some good deals. I got sick and tired of going to jiffy lube and getting screwed over repeatedly. The last time I went to jiffy lube to get my car inspected they let me drive away with an unlatched hood and that was completely unacceptable. The jiffy lube is only like a half a mile from my house and this Valvoline is about 20 minutes away but I still will drive here every time instead of ever going back to that crazy store with that crazy manager lady who was just horrible.

  So far, so good as my oil change was only two days ago. I was very happy that the attendant let me use a $20 coupon that I had found online. The guys were very welcoming and cordial. Service was fast. Thank you so much!

  Fantastic crew. Kind and very professional. Talked me through the whole process and explained if there was something they were checking. I will be back. P.S. the price was no higher than any whete else I've had pil changed

  They were very professional. They were very swfit and detail. I will definitely return for service and refer other family members to them for service. I referred my son there for an oil change and not only did he get an oil change he ended up getting a new battery as well. So, I say Thank you!
