  They were very professional. They were very swfit and detail. I will definitely return for service and refer other family members to them for service. I referred my son there for an oil change and not only did he get an oil change he ended up getting a new battery as well. So, I say Thank you!

  I’ve had good experiences here but lately not so much. I tried to get my inspection at end of January (plate tag expires in March) and the worker told me it wasn’t legal to inspect until the month before it expires. A quick google search says you can do it within 90 days of expiring so he was just flat out wrong. I then came back beginning of February and the damn code reader was down. I’ll give it another try next year since it’s the closest one to my home but quite frustrated right now

  I rarely post anything about anyone, but this business gets my praise. Sent my girl to Valvoline to get oil change and inspection. Ethan the manager called to express issue on her battery, I said no at 1st, but then looked up her car history, because i do most of the work on our cars. Called him back and told him to go forth on the new Interstate Battery with 5year warranty and then after discussing my tinted window concerns with my other SUV, he explained the new NC Law changes, so my girl drove my SUV up there and all was passed. We couldn't be more happy with Ethan and his guys! 2 cars in 1 day.. Bam!! Great Job Guys Thank You!
