I had a person repair i wanted to personally pay for when repairing the side of my car. The customer service was very good but i feel they are trying to overcharge me since i have an expensive car. i had 3 scratches only on my truck where someone drove into me on another occasion and left. No dents at all. They gave me an estimate of $2100 for 3 scratches. Silver collision price was $750 and First Aid Collision with incredible customer service price was $500. so i went with First Aid Collision and they are so conscientious, caring and gave me a very fair price.
