  I purchased tires last year and everything has been great. I went in to get my free tire rotation. Staff is super nice and professional. They have great customer service. My only complaint is I wish they would put paper floor mats in before getting into the vehicle so they don’t get grease on light colored Fabric floor mats. Also, I don’t understand why people want to recline the seat back just to pull your vehicle into the bay. I understand moving the seat to accommodate leg room, but not to recline the seat. I recommend not adjusting customers seats other than to adjust for leg room and I recommend putting paper floor mats in so customers don't have to go spend additional time and money to get their floor mats cleaned.

  I have been using Wilson Tire now for at least 5 or 6 years . I have had several things repaired om my GMC truck from the engine to oil changes and always happy with their work. You could not ask for any better group of guys to service your needs. They are reasonable on cost of repairs and best of all they warranty their work. Ask for Jamey or Andrew at the Mebane location. They are always willing to go the extra mile to help you .

  Great customer service!! Called Friday morning then took it in and was able to pick it up by afternoon! Chelsea is the sweetest so kind and helpful over the phone and all the guys in and out of the waiting area we’re always so polite and welcoming! Great job to everyone! And the ones in the back who did the work! And very reasonable on the pricing

  Convenient location, large parking lot, easy in and out. Workers are super friendly, not pushy. Shows you what's on the market and explains each on and differences between all the tire brand and services available. Local company that is going to be there when needed
