With management this poor, it’s obvious why the place isn’t maintained. I got out of there as fast as I could after showering and didn’t even want to grab food. Shower towels were just sitting on the customer laundry folding table with no separation or indication they were clean. It honestly felt like the usual “cleaning” process was leaving the door open for a minute and swapping out towels. Terrible experience. I’ll be skipping this location next time.

Card readers rarely work for me and Premium button wouldn't work for me this morning. Went to Loves and had ZERO issues as always.
