  Ordered something online for pick up and then changed my mind. Reached out to the online customer service to get the transaction canceled and was told they reached out to the store and were told I picked up the item, which is a complete lie. I’ve never stepped foot in the Mebane AutoZone in my life, and won’t after this experience. If customer service can’t resolve, I’ll have to file a fraud transition with my bank.

  I chose this AutoZone because their customer service over the phone was so helpful and welcoming—it’s what made me come here instead of a nearby store. When I arrived, the service was just as great in person! Everyone had such great personalities and positive attitudes, which really made the experience even better. The manager who installed my battery was very nice, outgoing, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I really appreciated how friendly and professional everyone was. I’d definitely recommend coming here for anything you may need! Thanks again!
