    I recently called this Advance Auto to ask about a battery, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The woman who answered the phone gave short, dry responses and had a dull, unwelcoming tone. The call wasn’t helpful at all. When I told her I would be heading there soon, she simply said “ok” with an attitude and hung up. I had every intention of purchasing from this store, but that interaction completely changed my mind. It came across as though she didn’t care about her job or about helping customers. Everyone can have a bad day, but that shouldn’t be taken out on potential paying customers. Because of this experience, I chose to take my business next door instead, where the customer service was everything someone could ask for.

    Deleted the old review ans they have a new manager. When u ask for a 3M Butyl automotive tape..he gives u unneeded advice of taking the car to next door mechanic. I think they pay his bills..as I can't buy what I need to do it myself. Great.
