He changed out the battery for me, took a bit of time to get the old one out and replace it. It was 91 degrees outside and regardless of the heat, he had a great attitude, was polite and very accommodating. It was a great experience, Thanks Josiah!

He took charge, found the exact correct battery (AGM), and removed the panel to install it. He even ensured that he saved the radio settings so those didn't need reprogrammed. In 15 minutes, the new battery was installed and we were off and running!
