  Had a nail in a tire and needed to get it repaired, Amber got me checked in and I wasn’t there more than 30 minutes and tire was repaired and I was out the door. They were friendly and professional at the desk and the tire mechanic. They made my experience enjoyable.

  A man there said they would change the oil in 15, then they changed it to 30, then they changed their mind and told me they couldn't start my car (I hadn't even handed over the key yet so they were simply lying) and refused service because I asked about the wait time. Unbelievable. The woman there was very kind, but said there was nothing she could do.

  Mavis is legit! Greg the store manager always finds the best price for my broke grass! Explains everything perfectly also. Good people!

  The Manager, Greg, was very helpful when I came in with low tire pressure. They got my car back quickly and while checking for a leak informed me that my tires lacked tread. They quoted me new tires without pressure to buy. I opted to have the tire plugged due to being in a rush to go somewhere. The employees were very friendly and I will be purchasing new tires from Mavis soon.

  We came on a super busy, understaffed day, for an oil change and they managed to fit us in. Technicians are knowledgeable and pointed out several things on my car to keep on eye on, and when to have said issues replaced. Amber was very helpful, but it did take an incredibly long time for it to get done, much longer than originally stated.
