- JJJeffreyOct 7, 20251.0I bought brakes online from Autozone for my car. The website did not specify whether they were for the rear or forward. When asked do they have the brakes I need of course they did not have them. At first a young lady said she could possible allow me to use the credit at another store in Eden that had them or I could get cash back in the store. All of a sudden a manager comes up as he is scowling at me and my friend and said I needed to wait 3 to 5 business days and it is against company policy. Now that’s not the problem, even tho it inconvenienced me because I had to borrow money to get the forward brakes because I dwould have to wait another week to get time to do them if they weren’t done that day. But it was the scowl. I immediately questioned whether it was because we are African American or that it was simply against store policy to help, since I was uninformed of the store policy. But either way I borrowed the money from my friend and we went to O Reilly’s who not only had the part I needed but was a much friendlier customer service experience.
