But AutoZone can't afford to lose profits or even sell good merchandise learned my lesson hope others don't have to

When asked do they have the brakes I need of course they did not have them. At first a young lady said she could possible allow me to use the credit at another store in Eden that had them or I could get cash back in the store. All of a sudden a manager comes up as he is scowling at me and my friend and said I needed to wait 3 to 5 business days and it is against company policy. Now that’s not the problem, even tho it inconvenienced me because I had to borrow money to get the forward brakes because I dwould have to wait another week to get time to do them if they weren’t done that day. But it was the scowl. I immediately questioned whether it was because we are African American or that it was simply against store policy to help, since I was uninformed of the store policy. But either way I borrowed the money from my friend and we went to O Reilly’s who not only had the part I needed but was a much friendlier customer service experience.
