  The whole crew at this Mavis were absolutely fantastic- excellent service. Could not recommend them enough!! James, Mike, and Laz especially. Laz went completely out of his way, and even took the time to drop me back off at my apartment 2 minutes down the road with his personal Pickup, to save me having to wait several hours in the lobby while they worked. Mike gave me a fantastic recommendation which saved me several hundred dollars: Purchasing a new set of Lugnuts off Amazon vs. Retail (while we waited for parts to come in) and to replace the corroded and frozen set that had left me stranded, and prevent it ever happening again. James gave me excellent recommendations on other maintenance items to handle while I was in, which were badly needed and made a big difference. Fantastic crew and shop! Couldn’t recommend these guys enough. Small town service in a Big shop. Quick service, spotless clean facilities, saved me money, very informative and went above and beyond with professionalism and effort that really helped me out in a pinch. -Nick

  I had two tires replaced at Mavis Tires on Chestnut Lane in Matthews, NC, and the service was excellent as always. Laz truly looks out for my safety every time I come in. He explains everything clearly and makes sure I understand exactly what my car needs. It is rare to find someone you can fully trust with car maintenance, but Laz consistently goes above and beyond. I am so grateful for his honesty and professionalism. Highly recommend this location!

  Great service, very courteous & professional. They knew what they were doing, and guided me through. I had a flat on my Tesla, and went to the closest Mavis store near me; they said they werent able to lift my car up because they didnt have the special jack pads that wouldnt damage the battery in the undercarriage of my Tesla, but they directed me to a different branch that did; they even set an appointment so the other store took care of my car right upon my arrival

  Came in and the guy up front greeted me with a big smile on his face. A gentleman named James answered a couple questions I had about changing the viscosity in my oil and he was very knowledgeable and patient with every question I had. The process was smooth, affordable, and I will 100% be back in the future!

  Went in on a Thursday for an inspection was told no one is there that does inspections that day come back tomorrow I asked do I make an appointment they said no need you just walk right in OK great Friday I come in. I stand at the front desk while the guy behind it is typing after a few minutes he says I’ll be with you in a couple more minutes. The phone rings he’s answering phones. He’s typing on the computer but not helping myself. I should’ve just called while standing in front of him to get service finally after 8 to 10 minutes. He finally looks up says can I help you? I said yes I’m here To get an inspection, he said that his appointment only I said I was in yesterday. They said it was walking only. He looks at me bewildered and says no just appointment two trips 30 minutes. Nothing got done have to go elsewhere. I guess they really need to decide and talk to the staff on what is considered an appointment and what is actually a walk-in. Thanks for wasting my time.
