- ASAudrey SteenMar 31, 20261.0Unfortunately had a bad experience with this rental company. I was charged an add-on service that was not clearly explained to me at the time of rental. I did not knowingly authorize or request it, and I would not have agreed to it if it had been properly disclosed. I already have personal auto collision coverage, which applies to rental cars, so this charge was unnecessary. I was taken advantage of by the representative who could tell I was not knowledgeable about rental cars, and chose to withhold information to get an easy sale. When I spoke on the phone with someone they said “I know our guys and they would’ve explained what you were signing up for.” A lesson to me for future rental situations, but also a lesson to not support this business in the future.
