I told them no worries that I could bring it back. He said he was completely available for Friday October 31st. We decided 8am and he apologized for the inconvenience. It is a huge inconvenience when I show up and that guy who is working says a tech will not be in until 8:30am. I have never had issues with this place but I would say work on your customer service. I will be finding another place to get my oil changed. Poor customer service.
