I kept calling them to ask questions and everytime they answered they were extremely kind and helpful. I’ve been going to this Jiffy Lube for about a year now and I will continue going solely for my experience today. Dmonyia, Nicholas, and Rashawn were an amazing crew. I hope I have them again on my next oil change. Their ability to get the job done and customer service was superior. Thank you to that crew and this Jiffy Lube for making my day today.

This doctor's appointment was 3 minutes away by car, so I assumed I would not have any trouble getting an oil change and making it there. After waiting for about an hour, I went outside and asked how much longer it would be. I was told that they had to order a filter and the parts delivery should be there soon. I confirmed with them that this delivery was en route as I needed to get to the doctor. I went back inside and after some time went back outside and it was at this point that it was discovered that a piece of my car that holds the filter had broken. They are denying blame for this, but the last place to change my filter was also Jiffy Lube. Needless to say, I ended up having to leave my car and order an Uber to get me to my doctor's appointment late. Thankfully they were able to see me still, yet I wasted a lot of my time today and incurred extra costs. Had they noted this and informed me of this beforehand, I could have had a choice in the matter. To top all of that off, rhey rejected the online coupon I found, and had to use one for a lesser amount. They also tried to upsell me on a coolant flush, but when I contacted the dealership, I was told it wasn't needed. After my appointment, getting another uber and getting my car back...all I can say is what a debacle.
