  Folks… save your time, your money, and your sanity. Do NOT come to this location. Prices are insane. Did NOT honor the coupon code I provided. I have NO confidence the oil and filter was properly changed. Gave it one star because I couldn’t give it zero.

  So you guys tore my driver door seal up and now it leaks on driver side door. Y’all acted like it was a normal thing. After I had paid for an oil change. Is this how you treat your customers cause if that’s the case I can just spread the word that this is a typical service y’all folks shouldn’t use this service like ever and I will go on every page I can find your services on and write bad reviews on every platform I can find cause I have never been gas lighted like this before. Look at the cameras and figure it out.

  I came here for an inspection, and they told me that the tires and windshield wipers needed to be replaced, and that if I bought it here, they would immediately give me a passed inspection. I agreed, and they told me to come back in a day or two. I got sick, called them and asked if I could come the following week, and they said it was no problem. I came next week and they said they didn't have the tires (which I had already paid for) and gave me a discount on an oil change. Next time they started changing the tires, but after a while they called me over and said they only had one tire, and told me to come back the next day. I came back, asked if they had the tires, and they said YES. They did the replacement and said I could leave. I walked around the car and realized that the tires were different (I only had two replaced), and on one side they had put on a tire that wasn't the one I had bought. They said it was okay, I didn't want to waste any more time and left. On the highway, my car started shaking so violently that I had to pull over to the side of the road with my hazard lights on. I went back and then the madness began, with them saying they would contact the district manager, then they wouldn't, then they would balance the wheels, then they wouldn't, then they would change the tire, then they wouldn't. I spent 5 hours at this station with my small child, and they still couldn't fix the problem. They wanted to do a test drive without a driver's license, the tires were different, the car was shaking, and customer support couldn't help. The employees tried to seem polite, but behaved very disrespectfully, lied, and generally acted very strangely. And I also smelled marijuana. The next day I managed to reach the district manager myself. The best he could offer was to take my tire (which had already arrived) to another station in this network so they could change it there, and I agreed. The new employee seemed more competent, he did everything well, the car doesn't shake. Despite this, my tires are from the same manufacturer, but with different tread patterns. And also, they set the pressure to 35 at the second station, and 45 at the first! 🤦‍♀️ I've never encountered worse service, never again. In any such situation, call the number I added; it worked for me on the third try.
