No greeting, looked annoyed while helping me. Couldn’t be bothered to clean his hands from the Cheeto dust. There wasn’t a single other customer in the store. Very unprofessional. Won’t be returning.

Both employees (one eating popcorn as I talk to him) directed me to different aisles that didn't have the item. Upon asking again one employee told me he had never actually seen the item and to "come back when the boss was in." I ended up looking on my own and found the item. Not sure what you are paying these guys for when customers are doing their jobs.

I brought in four 5-quart containers of used motor oil to recycle, and I was immediately told they would only accept one. After questioning the limit, I was then told they would take two. On top of that, the manager asked, “How do I know you aren’t bringing oil from an auto body shop?”, which felt like an unnecessary and baseless accusation. I politely asked where this “one container limit” was mentioned, since I’ve recycled four containers at other AutoZone locations without issue. Mr. Young said it was listed on the website, but after I asked him to show me where it's mentioned, he couldn’t find it. If there is a limit, I’m happy to follow it, but being told it’s on the website and then being unable to produce it undermines trust. The inconsistency of first saying only one, then two, also makes me question the integrity of the store’s management. Hoping this was just an off day for the manager.
