They always tell my pickup guy that it's not ready (after an HOUR), not in their system yet. It's BS. They seem to be bothered by online orders and say they can manually match the price,but then when you tell them the discount they act like you're lying and there's no way. THAT'S WHY I ORDER ONLINE!!!! Every other location in the area that I use has no problem whatsoever and is a no hassle easy transaction. The employees and the manager need to step it up, get retrained, or get fired.
