    I have been buying Audis at Audi Charlotte for many years. With my last two purchases, I’ve worked with Eric Stilley and, I have to say, he is excellent and I recommend him highly. I’m pretty particular about what I want and also about what I expect of the car-buying experience. (Some might even say I’m a pain in the *** 😂.) But, I don’t like the “upsell” where they try to get you to buy something you didn’t ask for, and I also don’t want to waste my time sitting at the dealership for hours, signing endless paperwork or working with finance on a “deal” that we could have agreed-to online. Eric not only listens to me, but he really hears me, and arranges things accordingly so that my experience at the dealership is quick and painless. Better yet, at the end I always drive away with the car and the deal that I wanted and hoped for. Not only that, Eric remembered me and my specific preferences from my last purchase over three years ago, and I didn’t have to tell him again about my expectations — he just knew and dealt with me accordingly. That is super rare in the car-sales landscape. As a woman walking into a car dealership, it can be daunting. Many times, I’ve been in a position where I felt my needs weren’t being heard and my expectations were being ignored. I’ve never felt this way at Audi Charlotte, and particularly working with Eric. He was professional and flexible, courteous and kind, knowledgeable and accessible — throughout the process.

    Just got off the phone with Audi parts. I am a shop owner and wanted to get a quote for 2 rear bumper assembly pieces. I asked to send me the quote via email and that way I can also open up my account with them. The gentleman working said he does not, can not, and will not send me a email of my quoted rear bumper parts even tho Northlake Audi whom I deal with normally has NO PROBLEM setting that up for me and sending me emails. He begins telling me "who does it like that and why?".... why does it matter to him I have no idea but it's MY process and business how I run MY shop. I would put his name up here but I don't want to get that person in trouble. I will not be shopping with Audi Matthews since they seem to not want my business!!. GO NORTHLAKE! FOR THE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR PARTS!!!. If you need parts they are MUCH easier and well more polite to deal with at the Northlake location vs this location.

    Bought my first Audi from Yuhor and he’s seriously the best. He works with you through every step of the way, Answers all of your questions even if they seem small and silly, And will go the extra mile just to make sure you’re happy. I bought my car last year and with the oil prices changing, The cost of an oil change service went up. I called today from confusion from last year’s quoted price and he cleared it up and went the extra step to make sure I get my gas tank filled when I visit. Not only did he take the time to sell me a beautiful car that I’m obsessed with, but he also makes sure that I’m still happy with the car and that everything is running smoothly. I believe his cousin works there as well which I dealt with when buying the car, and they are seriously the best duo. I’m leasing so I know I’ll be buying again from him when my lease is up!     Worst service experience I’ve ever had. I brought my Audi Q8 in for a keyless entry issue and multiple Audi Pre Sense warning messages. After diagnosing the vehicle, I was assured the issues would be addressed. Instead, I was presented with a quote exceeding $15,000 for additional repairs—many of which were unrelated to my original concerns. I have an extended warranty through Endurance (which was challenging on its own), and while they declined coverage for OEM parts and certain labor costs, I still paid out-of-pocket for what wasn’t covered—expecting the original issues to be resolved. Unfortunately, within 30 minutes of leaving the dealership, every warning message they supposedly fixed reappeared on my dashboard. The keyless entry issue also remained unresolved. I immediately contacted my service advisor and provided photos of all six warning messages. The next day, I returned to the dealership. Upon arrival, it was clear something was wrong—the staff were reacting to the vehicle, and when I opened the door, there was a loud buzzing noise that had never been present before. I spoke with the service manager, Jessica, and shared my concerns. Her initial solution was to replace the key fob battery—something they’ve already done six times, with no resolution. She then had a technician inspect the vehicle, and that’s when I discovered a major issue: although the water pump was replaced, the valves were not, due to lack of warranty coverage. This was never communicated to me during the repair process. Based on my conversations with the service advisor and the repairs I approved and paid for, any reasonable customer would assume that all components related to the water pump repair were being properly addressed—not partially completed without disclosure. To make matters worse, I’ve had to repeatedly follow up with them myself, as they failed to provide any proactive communication. I’ve even had to ask when I could bring the vehicle back in to have repairs—that I already paid for—completed correctly. Additionally, they broke the hood release lever during service and never mentioned it or attempted to fix it. I only discovered this when I tried to add windshield washer fluid and couldn’t open the hood. After investigating, I found the lever broken under the hood—damage that was clearly caused while the vehicle was in their care. I have never experienced this level of negligence, lack of transparency, and poor workmanship—not even from a backyard mechanic. Completely unacceptable.
