I was looking for a long cardboard box that I desperately needed to ship something in, and when I drove by their business they had a mountain of large boxes in the parking lot. So I pulled in, quickly explained why I was there, and offered to PAY for a box, and they refused me! I didn't know cardboard was so *precious*,....cheap....

I pulled into Gerber to see if they could look at it to make sure it was safe for me to drive the remaining 30 miles home. Tonya Williams not only took it for a test drive, but had several mechanics drive it to see what it was. She wasn’t going to let me leave until it had been diagnosed. The mechanic found a bolt that was missing from the previous repair job. They did all this without me having an appointment. And no charge. I would highly recommend them and love how wonderful Tonya is to all her clients.
