  I recently purchased a 2026 Honda Civic from Lumberton Honda ,and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. John was particularly helpful in guiding me through the different options and finding the perfect car to fit my needs and budget.

  Mario is an amazing salesman from start to finish. I had zero plans of buying a car from this particular dealership that day ... but I did. I pulled up to browse and he greeted me at my car. Not pushy ... or the "usual" salesman procedure. He was personable and in less than 5 mins of being there we were already test driving a car. I only stopped by because I was in the area and the Ford dealership right across the road wanted to play games (Ford girl here). I wanted to buy my mom a new car for her birthday that week and with Mario's help she got a brand new 2026 Honda! I signed papers on Friday night and planned the suprise pick up the next morning. Shout out to Alex too on Saturday for helping me pull off the suprise from start to finish since Mario was helping another customer. He had the car ready out front and with the bow I requested so my mom had no idea it was hers. We literally only had to drive off. This dealership goes above and beyond and if I'm ever in the market for a Honda you know where I'll go.

  J wasn’t just a salesperson he was the reason the whole experience felt easy instead of overwhelming. From the moment I walked in, he made sure I felt comfortable, not pressured. He actually listened to what I needed instead of trying to push something that didn’t fit me or my budget. What stood out the most was his patience. J took the time to explain every detail, answered all my questions without hesitation, and made sure I understood my options before making a decision. He didn’t rush me or make me feel like I had to settle he genuinely wanted me to leave happy. When it came down to getting the car, J worked hard to make it happen. He went above and beyond to find something that matched exactly what I was looking for, and he made sure the process was smooth from start to finish. Because of J, what could have been a stressful situation turned into a positive and memorable experience. I didn’t just leave with a car I left feeling confident in my choice and grateful that I had someone like him helping me along the way.

  Mr Jackson the sales rep was real nice and knowledgeable but the paperwork process takes too long. I have been there for hours and the rep just kept going to the counter with nothing new to report. And then he asked for two pieces of identifying military documents and didn't know which one to properly use to establish direct deposit history. Not coming here again. Facebook ads from this places are scams too. Watch out! Save your time. This place sucks

  I really love the car that I have. I thank you all for putting me in the best car possible but also I just want you all to be true to advertisement making sure that you guys stick to your word no matter what. No more false advertisement but overall my experience, with the team was great. They genuinely care they took extra measures to make sure I was satisfied and they never gave up on my needs so I just want to thank you all to the team to every person the financial advisor that salesman everyone who worked together to make sure my numbers matched up and I walked out there with a smile on my face amen.
