  I had my car for less than a year and a half. A few months in, I had to replace the brakes and was told a long list of things needed servicing. A few months after that, the fuel pump failed. Now, the transmission broke down. I don’t recommend buying a used car from here. Not to mention, after purchasing the car, the salesman got my phone number from the files and texted me, trying to ask me out on a date. Highly unprofessional.

  I called two weeks in advance at a very reasonable time, gave them all my information. Very clearly specified I would be in the area for a day and would drop off the car during opening at 7am, verified that it did indeed need the recall and confirmed my appointment only for them to not have the parts ready and available. Completely unprofessional and incompetent, the only saving grace was that the Honda associate who assisted me was amazing, kind and respectful, Takeisha Smith absolute gem and definitely set a high bar as to what a Honda associate should be. She kept me updated every moment of the way and even informed me that the part will be ordered, delivered, and installed next day. If it wasn’t for the fact I had a strict time frame I would have glady without second thought taken her offer. Absolutely stellar job from her and she handled the situation perfectly and professionally, it’s a shame the same cannot be said about others in this location. If you need verification on my statement you can even check the calls if it was recorded, this was my first and possibly last time going to this location unless if it’s an emergency

  Making my appointment was simple and there were a wide range of availability. Just moments before my service Associate returned while assisting another client, there were no less than 4 other Associates who offered to assist me. Ms. “T” returned and my service order was complete and ready to go. I didn’t get to finish what I was doing on my phone when Ms. T notified me that my truck was ready.

  I've always had great service at Lumberton Honda! The service department is exceptional and very professional. "T" and other staff go out of their way to make sure you are completely satisfied with work performed on your vehicle. They actually call you later to make sure everything is OK with your vehicle. They also apply discounts whenever they can and they will transport you to another facility, such as the fitness center, while you wait. Highly recommend their services!!!

  Stopped by lumberton Honda today because I was already in the area and another dealer could not make it happen. I was immediately greeted by John. He listened to me and what I wanted and was able to get me in a brand new 2026 Honda! The finance guy was great. The manager was a pleasure to speak with as well. If you’re on the market for a new vehicle definitely check them out they will get you riding!! It was so hassle free which I appreciated. Thanks again💗
