  Wasn’t aware that the rental would be old, raggedy and in need of a break job . He didn’t warn me of the brake problem, knowing we were driving to Florida. Right after I got the van, I had to spend two hours at the auto repair shop and after that the brakes were still spongy. A/C works when it wants to. Interior was disgustingly dirty, seats were dirty , floor was dirty . CD player didn’t work and it never ejected my CD. Sliding doors don’t work properly . Van smelled like cigarette smoke. Van had previously been wrecked because it had several dents. Van had no gas in it . 10 year old van .. never renting from here again. Employees had no sympathy and refused to do anything for the inconvenience

  So my car was overheating , and I called Mr.Hoffman to rent a vehicle . He told me to have $138 CASH , my drivers license and insurance with policy #. Hoffman stated he would be there until 4pm and he had a car for me .I told him I’ll be there in the next 30mins and he said ok. Once i got a ride to his establishment, he comes to the door and says he didn’t have anymore cars. I’m like “huh” I just got off the phone with you . He had more cars on the lot that were messed up than anything , and he was more concerned with taking my money than showing compassion and making sure I’ll be ok. Two words “NEVER AGAIN”🤬

  Very disappointed in the vehicle I rented from this place the seats had holes in them from where the springs were worn out, the arm rest were falling off, the vents were falling out one of the windows was broken so it could not be locked securely the check engine light came on while we were a whole state away.... checked the oil and it was two courts low!! And to top all of that off In 100 degree weather the air conditioner didn’t work all that well! It blew cool air while we were driving wide open but one we were stopped in traffic or at a light the air got hot not cool one bit!! For the money I paid to rent this vehicle I should not of had to worry about anything when it came to our transportation our ride each time was miserable with three toddlers a pregnant woman and a disabled person it was hot and uncomfortable the whole time!! Never ever will I give them another dollar of my money!!
