I informed him of a few minor issues. His first words were I am so sorry. I don't like for those things to happen to our clients. Ms. I am going to make things right. I am going to do THIS for you. WOW! It's been a long time since I had this great service with a big smile and concern. I thanked him asked for his card. We have had nothing but good experiences with this Enterprise for 5 years now. Because of experiences and people like Trey we will continue using you. Till next time. Thank you!
- THTammy HarrisDec 27, 20251.0Reservations do you no good here, as they give cars out to people with no reservations and then after standing in line for an hour, with TWO reservations, they somehow don't have any cars left to rent out!! Even if you ask for something else they tell you that all the cars need oil changes so they cannot rent them out. Horrible customer service. Adding: You tell me to contact you by jumping through hoops in you customer service links, where I have to spend time on hold to talk about how your business screwed over my entire family vacation. Furthering the terrible customer service.
