  I cannot say enough good things about the service I received today. As a recent widow, I was worried about being taken advantage of as a woman. Chris, the manager, took extra time to answer all of my concerns. He walked me around my car and helped me understand the process. Words cannot express the gratitude I have for Chris and his staff. Jermaine , was also so kind and helpful. I highly recommend the Louisburg Mavis to anyone wanting to feel a part of the family environment provided at this location.

  I came to get a alignment but afterward it seemed bad so I came back they took it back in & got it right with no charge. AMAZING CUSTOMER ALSO THEIR TECH JARED IS A REAL GOOD GUY DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED

  Chris and his staff are incredible and professional. I came into get an appointment for the next day and he did me one better and got me in the same day not even an hr later. I dealt with a very bad situation the day before and another tire store and Chris and Tyrek were incredible. Great customer service

  Chris is amazing!! The splash guard came apart from the car causing it to rub against the tire making a horrible noise. Chris fixed it in no time at no charge. Go check'em out!!
