- PHPhil HartDec 27, 20255.0this was my first time visiting, i had already downloaded the app before hand and signed up and got a basic membership. i arrived, and was not sure exactly where to go but i found it after driving around the vacuum lot area. i stopped at the member only lane, there was no one in either lane, pulled up to the machine. as i was reading to find out what i was supposed to do a guy came up, and greeted me. i did not know there were staff there at the machines. i said this was my first time, and he showed me how to check in and scan the code and explained what to do once i pull up. i then pulled up and 2 guys were there and one directed me how to pull in. i wasnt sure at what point to put it in neutral so i sat with the brakes while the guys wanded the car. i also did not know there was staff there that did that. eventually while they were doing that i decided to just go ahead and put it in neutral and sit there and that worked fine, shortly i could feel the machine grab the car and pull it in and then proceeded the trip of all the lights and foam and it proceeded through the wash and pushed me out no problems. i had a great experience, and it was nice to see there was staff there to help and did some washing to get off the big grime before going through the machine. thanks!

The accessories i.e. towels, cleaning products, and the vacuum cleaners were plus plus!!! Let's talk about the vacuum cleaner, if you're not sure you dropped something inside your car before you start vacuuming, I suggest you do it before you start vacuuming. Baby, the operating skills i.e., suction of these vacuum cleaners will remove every particle from the carpet that was not part of the original! I promise you, I'm not putting 10 on 2! 💯
