- HSHenry Solano4 days ago1.0Ripoff of a place, they tried to scam me to get a full set of tires just to fix 1. I know a thing or two about cars, there's no way I need a full set just to fix a flat. Also got my oil changed once, the rep never put the engine cap back on, and had oil leaking from the motor, so had to get another change done elsewhere. never come here.

When I told him I wanted the 2 new tires put on the front he said " NC state law requires if getting less than 4 tires new tires must he put on the back". I agreed since his job is knowledgeable about tires. Later research done proves that it is NOT A NC LAW. Its recommended yes, not a law!!!! I dont trust any auto shop employee because they see a woman and try to over sell to them.

They were able to take care of replacement immediately for a very fair price. I will return for any other services I need in the future. I will recommend Mavis Tire to family and friends.
