Totally surprised Billy Bob looked at my vehicle immediately Informing me of the repairs needed, even temporarily fixed the issue to insured the safety of my vehicle. Advised me of the services their establishment offers explaining in detail in layman terms so I could understand. Definitely impressed with their customer service and cleanliness of establishment. Definitely found a jewel for car service with a caring attitude in Albemarle. Shout out to Billy Bob and the entire crew. Thanks

Arrive around 6:15ish and was politely greeted by one of the techs (didn’t get his name he was leaving) and Cameron who said they could absolutely take me in and get my oil change done. Process was quick with Dwight in the pit, and Cameron updating me on the status of my truck and even made recommendations for the consumption of my oil. Thank you guys will definitely be returning for my next service.
